C.J. Spiller is Runner-up for the StatSheet NFL Offensive Player of the Week: 12-20-2011
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was the NFL leader in passing yardage, propelling him to the StatSheet NFL Offensive Player of the Week award. Brees completed 32 of 40 passes for 412 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions in the 42-20 lopsided victory against the Vikings. He is still the NFL leader in passing on the season with 4,780 yards with a 71.5% completion percentage, 37 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Brees has won the award two times this season. Running back C.J. Spiller of the Bills is the runner-up (91 rush yds, 76 rec yds, 2 TD). Honorable mention goes to wide receiver Calvin Johnson from the Lions (9 rec, 214 rec yds, 2 TD).
