Bills Suffer 49-21 Defeat Against Patriots
The Bills could not overcome mistakes by Ryan Fitzpatrick and were dismantled by the Patriots, 49-21, at Gillette Stadium.

Fitzpatrick was hampered by turnovers, taking away from a 29 for 46 and 307 yards and four picks, he also got two touchdowns. Tom Brady ended up going 23 of 35 with 338 yards passing, three touchdowns and one pick for the Patriots.

C.J. Spiller was a key factor for the Bills, rushing for 60 yards on 13 carries in addition to four receptions for 40 yards and a score. Derek Hagan snagged seven balls for 89 yards.

The Buffalo defense failed, allowing 342 yards passing and 138 rushing. They tormented Brady with four sacks.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski could not be contained, putting up 108 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Tight end Aaron Hernandez was also solid with 138 receiving yards, 26 rushing and one touchdown.
